Limited 10 Year Warranty
Each EVOCUTTER base tool purchased in the United States or Canada is warranted exclusively to the original buyer to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. Subject to the exclusions listed below, EVOCUTTER will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part of an EVOCUTTER base tool found to have defects in material or workmanship after inspection, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
To return a defective tool or part to an EVOCUTTER Service Center, freight must be prepaid and insured. The customer assumes responsibility for loss or damage during return shipping. A copy of the original proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. Without proof of purchase, EVOCUTTER will not inspect, repair, or replace defective parts or tools.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or attempts to repair by anyone other than EVOCUTTER-authorized personnel, nor does it cover alterations, misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. Some components require regular replacement and servicing to maintain optimal performance. This warranty excludes repairs where the lifespan of parts—such as fasteners, nylon-tipped screws, or nylon gliders—has been depleted through regular use or misuse. Abrasion or normal wear of any parts is also not covered.
Acceptance of the remedies outlined in this warranty—namely, repair or replacement—is a condition of the purchase of any EVOCUTTER product. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase the product. EVOCUTTER is not liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to costs, legal fees, delays, expenses, or claims for lost profits arising from damage to, failure of, or defects in any EVOCUTTER product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other express warranties, whether oral or written. To the extent allowed by law, EVOCUTTER disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Where such disclaimers are not permitted, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some states may not allow limitations on the length of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty grants you specific legal rights. Please note that you may have other rights that vary by state.
