Return Policy

At EVOCUTTER, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. The following terms apply: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returns within this period are accepted for any reason.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us via email with your order number and the reason for the return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within this 30-day window to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If no further action is taken, return requests will automatically be canceled after 30 days.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories, such as the user manual. Items that are used, damaged, or have damaged or missing packaging may not qualify for a full refund. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a restocking fee or partial refund may apply.

1. Defective Returns

If a returned product is determined to have defects in material or workmanship, Evocutter will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund. However, if no defect is verified after inspection, your return will be treated as a regular return, in this case the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return process. If EVOCUTTER cannot verify the defect in material or workmanship after inspection, but due to misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents your refund will be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

2. Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return process. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. For items originally shipped with free shipping, standard ground shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

3. Undelivered Shipments

In cases where shipments are not received, we cannot process a refund until the item is returned to us. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed customs clearance, a refund will be issued automatically upon receipt of the returned item, minus shipping costs.

Our Free Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to orders returned from Alaska, Hawaii, international locations, or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 20 business days after you hand the package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes 5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach us, 3–5 business days for processing the return, and 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

5. Our Cancellation Policy

We work to ship orders promptly, which may make cancellations difficult once processing begins. However, if you notify us shortly after placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. If changes are made, we will by post the updated policy with an updated “Last Updated” date. Unless stated otherwise in our notice, the revised policy will take effect immediately.
